Guna Zučika is the CEO of Every Little Thing, a music company specializing in management, booking, PR, consulting, and other services. She holds a Master’s degree in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster. Guna serves as a board member of the Latvian Music Export Office, a council member of the Latvian Performers’ and Producers’ Association (LaIPA), and a member of the Music Council at the Ministry of Culture of Latvia. She is also responsible for curating the Riga Music Week conference as part of the new showcase festival and music conference. Throughout her career, Guna has played a pivotal role in the international success of renowned Latvian artists, including BrainStorm, Carnival Youth, and Tautumeitas. The current roster of Every Little Thing includes YŪT, Kautkaili, and Fiņķis (booking).
