Who can apply to the Eastern European Music Academy?
- music professionals from Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Ukraine.
How will you select the participants of the EEMA?
Aside from the criteria listed in the call for applications, we will be assessing your motivation and whether you will truly benefit from participation in this project.
When will I receive a response regarding participation?
We are thrilled to have received your application for the Eastern European Music Academy (EEMA) 2025 program! Here’s what happens next:
– Review Process: Our team will review your application. We are dedicated to considering each applicant thoroughly to ensure the best fit for our program.
– Notification: If your application aligns with our program requirements, we will reach out to you with further details. Expect to hear from us by August 15th, 2025.
– Stay Updated: In the meantime, we encourage you to stay connected with us through our social media channels for updates and insights into the EEMA community.
Where and when will the EEMA take place?
How many students will go to the ESNS 2026 conference?
Ten top-students will have a chance to travel to ESNS 2026 together with the EEMA delegation.
How will you identify the most successful students to go to the conference in Germany?
We will use a combination of attendance, active participation, and completion of tasks to identify the most successful students to attend the conference in the Netherlands. We believe that this approach will enable us to select the best candidates who have shown a genuine interest and commitment to the project. The detailed criteria will be announced during the first meeting of the course.
How many participants will be selected for EEMA 2025?
The number of spots is limited to 60.
How can I pay the participation fee (150 euro) for EEMA?
You will receive the payment details in an email upon being selected to participate in the EEMA.
