Christian is a managing Partner at Hamburg-based music PR, marketing and consulting agency FACTORY 92. An agency he co-founded in 2013. Before starting FACTORY 92 Christian worked 5 years for MXD – Music Export Denmark and SPOT Festival being responsible for Denmark’s showcases at events such as SXSW and Reeperbahn Festival in the capacity as International Strategy Manager. Christian is thus an experienced music industry professional with rich experiences in the fields of promoting and marketing bands, festivals, tours, recorded releases and showcase events. Next to the agency work Christian feeds his passion for music via his small label MASSIVE 92 and band DEAD STAR TALK.

This might mean being active on platforms like TikTok if you’re a young artist, or focusing on Facebook if your fans are a bit older or are part of a niche genre. It’s also important to have a good press kit with impressive pictures and to make sure that your image and sound are cohesive. Building a team of industry professionals to help with the promotion of your music is also essential
